The overarching goal of the Reeves & Jost Labs is to delineate mechanisms by which innate immune cells modulate viral infections. Ongoing work includes basic and translational immunologic studies of granulocytes, innate lymphoid cells, and, in particular, memory NK cells. With a global network of partners and cutting edge techniques, our laboratories are harnessing the functional potency of these cells in new immunotherapeutics and vaccines against HIV, influenza, HCV, CMV, and cancer.
